Nikoletta qualified as an Accountant with the Top 4 before deciding on a career change into recruitment. With a strong work ethic and a true passion for helping both candidates and clients she is confident working at all levels. Nikoletta’s professional background has meant she is regarded as a value-adding business partner in meeting the human capital needs of both clients and candidates. Nikoletta joined GRS in early 2017 as an Executive Consultant and was soon  recognised as a key member of our team. Through her results and enthusiasm she has had several promotions with the latest to Senior Business Manager in 2022 where we see her managing and leading a team of 5 Executive & Senior Consultants.  Nikoletta also head up the GRS Salary Benchmarking Service.  Nikoletta is fluent in Greek and English.
