Ross is Director of Business & Communications at GRS Recruitment, the largest and leading recruitment agency in Cyprus. He leads marketing, corporate communications, and client partnerships across Cyprus and Malta, with responsibility for strengthening the GRS brand across both markets through strategic marketing, employer branding, and client engagement. He also plays a key role in driving commercial growth and developing long-term client relationships across the recruitment sector.

He works with a diverse client base across the Cyprus recruitment market, supporting organisations across financial services recruitment in Cyprus, professional services, international trading, technology, and industrial sectors. This includes banking, fintech, family offices, hedge funds, legal and accountancy firms, shipping and logistics companies, commodity trading businesses, construction and real estate, hospitality, gaming, and media and marketing organisations. His recruitment expertise is primarily focused on Cyprus, supported by earlier UK recruitment experience, where he developed a strong foundation in talent acquisition, hiring strategy, and client delivery across multiple industries.

Ross is also an active speaker at industry events, primarily in Cyprus, with additional engagements in Malta and Dubai, where he shares insight on recruitment trends, talent acquisition strategies, and developments in the Cyprus jobs market and wider labour market.

He joined GRS Recruitment in 2016 as an Executive Recruitment Consultant and progressed through the business to Senior Consultant, Business Manager, and ultimately Director in 2022.

Prior to GRS, he began his recruitment career in the UK with Brook Street Bureau, managing a high-volume city-centre desk supporting both public and private sector clients, before spending a decade with TUI across Europe in hotel operations, resort management, and commercial business development.

Having lived in Cyprus since 2010, Ross brings strong local market knowledge and a deep understanding of the Cyprus recruitment landscape, supporting clients in navigating hiring challenges and securing the right talent to drive business growth.

He plays an active role in the regional business community through networking, strategic partnerships, and ongoing market engagement.
