The team at GRS has the knowledge, expertise and experience to handle large scale recruitment projects both blue and white collar.  Since 2005 we have recruited, sourced and pay rolled teams for project teams of temporary employees on time critical projects.

We have the infrastructure to mobilise, recruit and payroll large numbers of staff at short notice.  The expert team at GRS has provided staffing solutions to a range of international clients on the following projects;

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)-Nicosia 2017

GRS were the recruitment partner for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), who held its 2017 Annual Meeting in Nicosia, at the invitation of the Republic of Cyprus. The EBRD supports development in more than 30 countries, and has 67 members, including 65 countries, the European Union and the European Investment Bank.  GRS supported the Annual Meeting by managing the recruitment, selection, employment and payroll of students and professional staff. GRS hired approximately 120 positions including many administrative, logistics and meeting room attendant positions.

H&M-Nicosia 2016

GRS Global Recruitment Solutions was appointed by Swedish multinational retail-clothing company, H&M Hennes & Mauritz AB, as their official recruitment partner in Cyprus. GRS worked closely with H&M to attract and select applicable candidates for their new store that opened in December 2016. The first phase of recruitment commenced 18th January 2016 with the attraction and selection of the store manager and assistant store managers, department managers and visual merchandisers and throughout 2016 GRS hired a total of 116 personnel for their store opening in December 2016.

APR Energy-Libya 2013-2015

GRS supplied personnel to APR Energy a large global US fast-track power solutions company across three sites in Libya. Our team worked on the largest single contract ever signed in the power industry and the largest fast-track, turnkey power project ever with a public utility at 450 MW. GRS began working at the outset of the project in July 2013 by supplying a commissioning team of over  50 workers that included Technicians, Warehouse & Logistics personnel, Electricians, HV & LV Electrical Engineers, Health & Safety professionals, Construction Managers,  Welders and Labourers. Once commissioning was completed and the sites were up and running GRS provided additional teams of experienced personnel comprising of Shift Managers, Fuel Tenders, Lead Operators and Operators to run and maintain the Caterpillar diesel Generators.

Vasilikos 2014

GRS provided a major geological survey company sub-contracting for Noble Energy personnel for drilling and survey operations for the construction of a new LNG Plant on a 250 acre site in the Vasillikos area. GRS was responsible for supplying contractors that included Drilling Assistants, Labourers and Para-medics for both on-shore and off-shore activities.

VTT Vasiliko Ltd 2012- 2017

GRS supplied Mechanical and Electrical staff to the largest oil refinery project in Cyprus on a contract basis. These personnel were recruited and contracted through GRS.

Energy International & APR Energy-Moni & Dhekalia Power Stations, 2011-2012

GRS were the main supplier of Recruitment and Payroll Solutions to APR Energy and Energy International in Cyprus that were contracted by EAC to provide the country with emergency energy supplies. This was during 2011-2012 after the explosion at the Mari Naval Base which destroyed the Vassiliko Power Plant. Over the 18 month period, GRS provided over 160 personnel at three sites that supplied 200 MW of power to the island that included: Technicians, Warehouse & Logistics personnel, Electricians, HV & LV Electrical Engineers, Health & Safety professionals, Construction Managers,  Welders, Shift Managers, Fuel Tenders, Lead Operators and Operators.

Nirosoft & Koor Metals - Desalination Plants Moni & Vasilikos 2006-2012

Between 2006 and 2012 GRS have provided contract staff and payroll services for three Cyprus Government de-salination plants across Cyprus during the construction, operational and maintenance phases of the different projects.

Bouygues Batiment -Larnaca & Paphos Airports 2006-2009

GRS provided personnel for the construction of two new airports at Larnaca and Paphos. Over the duration of the project GRS supplied 65 permanent members of staff and supplied and pay rolled over 250 personnel on a contract basis.
