Charalambos holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Queen Mary’s College, London University. After spending three years in a Management Consulting role in Big 4 Charalambos has joined the GRS team working with range of local and international clients. His experience includes: Talent Acquisition Services (wide range of industries and positions including the Public Sector), Candidate Assessment Methods (Interviews, personality tests, organizational best fit), Performance Management Systems, HR Policies & Procedures, Reward & Employee Benefits Surveys and HR Diagnostic and Employees Satisfaction Surveys.  Charalambos speaks English and Greek Fluently.
