Steve graduated in Law (LLB) from Manchester Metropolitan University before joining Hays Plc where he set up and headed their very successful property recruitment division in the West End of London. Having built up a successful team Steve moved on to work for the US recruiter Spherion in London where he specialised in placing Qualified Accountants out of the Top 4 into FTSE top 50 companies. Having decided to move to Cyprus, Steve established a new office for an international consultancy in Cyprus, before founding GRS in 2004. GRS now has offices in Cyprus and Malta and is a market leader for recruitment and payroll services. For the last 15 years GRS has provided permanent and temporary recruitment solutions and payroll services to some of the world’s leading companies operating in Cyprus and Malta.  Steve’s role consists of Directing the GRS Group of companies from a strategic and operational perspective and is still actively involved in networking and relationship management with our established portfolio if clients and candidates.
