GRS Recruitment at Reflect Festival 2025

Last week, Limassol transformed into a buzzing hub of ideas and inspiration as Reflect Festival returned, bigger and bolder than ever. As Cyprus’ premier technology and entrepreneurship event, Reflect brought together over 10,000 attendees, including entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders from across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

GRS Recruitment was proud to be part of the experience as an exhibitor, showcasing our dedication to shaping the future of international recruitment and workforce solutions. We connected with changemakers, explored new ideas, and embraced the dynamic energy that defines this standout event on the island’s innovation calendar.

With five thematic stages, Reflect 2025 delivered a curated mix of visionary thinking and practical insights. From deep dives into entrepreneurship on the Big Picture Stage, to fintech innovation on the Money Stage powered by payabl., the content was as rich as it was relevant. The Tech Stage opened a window into what’s next in AI, cybersecurity and healthtech, while the Future Stage explored sustainability, education, and new models of mobility. Meanwhile, the TechIsland Summit facilitated high-level dialogue between government and business leaders around Cyprus’ growing role as a tech hotspot.

Among the highlights for the GRS team was seeing our Business & Communications Director, Ross Pitman, take to the Big Picture Stage to moderate an engaging panel discussion on “Managing & Growing International Teams.” Ross was joined by a stellar line-up which included Nikola Stojanow – Native Teams, Vera Modenova – Flowwow and Ugne Buraciene – payabl.

Together, they unpacked the realities of building and scaling global teams, tackling everything from navigating cultural differences to managing remote work and international compliance. The panel resonated strongly with attendees, especially those in high-growth companies looking to expand across borders.

Beyond the stage, the energy across the festival was electric. The ReflectX Startup Competition brought a competitive edge, with early-stage ventures pitching live to a room full of investors. The expo area, where GRS Recruitment was proud to exhibit, saw over 300 companies present their innovations, creating space for dialogue, discovery and opportunity.

Reflect is more than just an event, it’s a huge platform. It’s where ambitious ideas meet practical action, and where community and creativity collide.

As the festival wrapped up, we left inspired by the conversations, the connections, and the possibilities that lie ahead. At GRS Recruitment, we remain committed to supporting businesses as they scale internationally, building teams that are ready for tomorrow.

Until next year, Reflect.
