Tony joined GRS Recruitment in 2026 as a Consultant, bringing over a decade of international experience in talent acquisition across professional and financial services. His background spans private equity, law firms, fintech, and technology start-ups across the UK, EU, and US markets.

Specialising in targeted headhunting, Tony focuses on identifying and engaging high-calibre professionals in competitive and niche markets. He combines a consultative, relationship-led approach with the effective use of modern recruitment technologies and AI-driven tools to map and reach talent across Malta and other emerging markets.

Originally from the Cotswolds in the UK, Tony is known for his personable and transparent approach, building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Outside of recruitment, he enjoys football, skiing, and golf, with varying levels of success across all three.

Tony is currently partnering with organisations across Malta to support their hiring strategies and secure the talent needed to drive growth.
