A growing Forex company based in Limassol are working with GRS to recruit Retention Agents to join their team. The candidate must have proven experience in Forex sales and able to hit sales targets. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who likes to reach and exceed sales targets.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for contacting potential clients
- Ensure the highest level of Customer Service
- Maintain and update the CRM
- Work with clients to engage in forex opportunities
- Follow up on any client matters
- Relationship management
- Liaising with relevant teams to ensure quality service delivery
- Promote and up-sell company’s products and service
- At least one years’ experience in similar role within a Forex company
- Fluent in English language is a must
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Passionate and driven for sales
- Self-motivation is crucial
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Display strong timekeeping skills
- Excellent remuneration package
