Steve began his career in recruitment with Hays Plc in London after graduating with an LLB in Law from Manchester Metropolitan University. There, he established and led the company’s Property Recruitment division in London’s West End, building and managing a high-performing team specialising in the placement of professionals with Family Offices, Property Companies and Professional Services firms.

He later joined US-based recruitment firm Spherion, where he specialised in placing qualified accountants from Big Four firms into FTSE 50 organisations. This period further strengthened his expertise in executive search, finance recruitment, and senior-level professional placements across competitive markets.

Following his relocation to Cyprus, Steve established GRS Recruitment in 2004. Since then, the business has grown significantly, providing permanent recruitment, temporary staffing, executive search, payroll, and HR services across key sectors including Financial Services, Forex, FinTech, Professional Services, Shipping, Technology, and Construction.

As Founder, Steve leads the strategic direction and growth of the GRS Group, overseeing operations across Cyprus and Malta. During her time in the Middle East Lorraine recruited in the Sales and Marketing sector recruiting Senior Sales professionals across a number of industry industries including; Media, Events/Exhibitions, FMCG, Automotive, Healthcare and Corporate B2B. Lorraine’s role at GRS has developed rapidly since 2015 and she is responsible for the Candidate Resourcing Teams for Cyprus and Malta as well as heading up the running of the Operations of the business. Laura Joined GRS in 2017,  and has developed her role always within the Business Support function with several promotions seeing her progress from Recruitment Resourcer to her most recently promoted role as Temps and Contract Manager.  Her role focuses on the on boarding of new Temporary Workers and managing the GRS  currently and new Clients utilising our Temporary Worker Solutions.  Laura’s role concentrates on excellent service deliver, compliance and assisting with the smooth, accurate and efficient processing of monthly payroll for our Temporary Workers.   As Temps and Contracts Manager she spear heads the company division and ensuring it’s professional operation through ensuring Client and Candidate Contracts are up to date and all information held is up to date and processed accordingly.   Laura’s professional and personal approach ensures the division follows all internal and legal processes and procedures and increases profitability through developing new business for the temporary services.

Laura is fluent in English and is aspiring to learn more Greek in the future.
