On behalf of our Client a well-established and reputable multi-portfolio firm based in Nicosia, GRS are currently seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will have ideally a couple of years’ previous experience in a similar position. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer phones and reply to correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the Director
  • General front and office administration desk duties
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in Greek and English is a must
  • At least 2+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant is a must
  • LCCI Higher will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package
  • Motivated, committed and disciplined
