Head of Sales
GRS are working with a growing wealth management company in Limassol who are searching for a dynamic and proactive Head of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Marketing Department on sales promotions and lead acquisitions. If you have previous experience in the role of Head of Sales within the Financial Service industry preferably Wealth Management, we look forward to receiving your CV.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the overall Sales Operation
- Set Targets for your team
- Monitor the daily sales operations closely and offer guidance and practical advice to account managers to enhance their performance.
- Identify new business opportunities that may arise.
- Provide training on new products or procedures and support to the team and clients.
- Create sales and progress reports for senior executives.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competition developments, and major market events closely.
- Contribute in working with partners to increase sales revenue.
- Reporting directly to CEO.
- Traveling maybe required.
- Capable to work under pressure and efficient to meet deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to Travel both locally and overseas
- Fluent English plus any other additional language.
