On behalf of our client, a well-known Banking Institution, GRS are recruiting a Customer Relations Officer to join their team in Malta. the successful candidate will be part of the On Boarding Department and the Front Office Team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborating with introducers of Business for the purpose of considering Bank Account applications of Corporate Entities and/or Fund Structures
  • Assessment of a Customer Profile against the Bank’s Customer’s acceptance guidelines
  • Coordination with Introducers of Business to collect due diligence documents needed to open a Bank Account
  • Liaising with other departments to collect KYC and other documents required to process an account opening application
  • Customer relationship management – assisting customers with general queries and/or directing their queries to the relevant department within the Bank
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Preferably 1-2 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of Customer On-boarding KYC and Corporate and Fund Structures
  • Relevant recognized qualification(s) will be considered and asset
  • Fluent in English
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive personality to work with customers
  • Must have an eye for details
  • Extensive training is provided
