A licensed gaming company based in Nicosia, are working with GRS to recruit a CRM and Affiliate Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will have previous experience of CRM in preferably the in online gaming industry, speak fluent Greek and English and the ability to create specific CRM strategies with target audiences. Our client is offering an excellent remuneration package including a 13th salary and an enthusiastic environment to work in the city center of Nicosia. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Create CRM action plans, roadmaps, and initiatives based on data analysis
  • Align CRM development with vision, goals, & product targets
  • Conduct A/B tests to measure and optimize email campaign performance
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across website, email, push notifications, SMS, social media and other channels to achieve established goals & objectives
  • Define customer segments to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers
  • Ensure all communications meet brand and regulatory standards
  • Reporting to the Director on monthly basis on results, growth, new markets reach, etc.
  • Establishing connection with potentially productive affiliates
  • Daily monitoring of the operations in terms of affiliates
  • Leading communication with all affiliating partners, setting targets and measures for achievements
  • Managing and Responsible for the Affiliate and Media targets, to meet the company’s objectives and ROI guidelines.
  • Ensuring that the Affiliate and Media business is run in the highest level of compliance with regulations and best practices specific to market.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, and seek, new commercial agreements with suitable businesses.
  • Develop and lead the affiliate and partnership strategy and plans
  • Identify and develop relationships with key brand affiliate partners
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience of CRM in preferably in gambling industry
  • Experience in developing and testing early life journeys and creating specific CRM strategies aligned with target audiences and KPIs.
  • Educated to a degree level and/or a combination of relevant experience
  • Fluent English and Greek is a must. Russian language is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience implementing new features and a firm understanding of email design and best practice
  • Understanding of customer relationship management theory and practice
  • Ability to use customer data to segment and personalize content and offers
  • Familiar with direct data access and analysis; deep understanding of industry metrics such as LTV, ARPU, retention, deposit frequency, net deposits, DAU/MAU, etc.
  • Experience creating reports and insights on marketing campaigns
  • Has an excellent awareness of the gambling market in Cyprus and the affiliate activities
  • The Candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of how to set up, track & on-board partners via an online affiliate platform.
  • Knowledgeable in online media pricing models such as CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM etc.
  • Confident working with a variety of marketing platforms such as, Jira, Google Analytics, Affiliate Platforms etc.
