On behalf of a growing solutions company GRS are recruiting an experienced and knowledgeable Chief Sales Officer to head up an international team. Our client is a growing brand with operations in Cyprus and overseas. The successful candidate will offer a solid background within the payment solutions sector with a passion for network and relationship building. The role will report directly into the CEO and COO.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and forecast sales, monitor implementation of the sales strategy.
  • Support the development of long-term organizational strategy.
  • Identify opportunities between product and strategy.
  • Work closely with the product development team in supporting the review the Roadmap.
  • Conduct Research, analyses processes, Assess market trends and competitors.
  • Team work to attract new customers and to expand sales channels.
  • Implementation of sales by major region preparation of proposals for expanding the customer base.
  • Analysis of customer needs the needs of formation in accordance with the interests of the company.
  • Define and establish the required connections with providers, suppliers and clients in accordance with the strategy
  • Analysis of the company's competitive advantages.
  • Work on the preparation of business proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Launch the product on the market involving giving presentations to large potential customers.
  • Conduct training for sales team members of the sales techniques and mentoring
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in heading up a Sales department preferably within the financial service industry.
  • Knowledge of the Payments solutions industry is a must.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong Organizational, leadership and planning skills
  • B2B Sales experience is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of business procedures and planning.
  • The successful candidate must be fluent in English plus another additional languages preferable Russian or Greek.
