MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the branch in order to meet the financial targets; needs of customers; implement strategies to achieve goals that are developed for the branch, as part of the Group’s overall strategic plan.
  • Ensure the branch’s compliance with operating policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
  • Directly supervise personnel of the branch, as well as communicating with the appropriate management and staff of its Head Office.
  • Provide capital expenditure and financial projections for the branch.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience.
  • University degree or another related professional diploma.
  • Fluent in both English and Greek (written and verbal).
  • Computer literacy, knowledgeable of Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player and self-motivated.
