Having spent over 12 years working within the Recruitment Industry, Amy has a wealth of experience in hiring across various roles and industries in the Middle East. She is highly skilled in introducing exceptional talent to great companies, executing swift, effective search projects & developing effective scalable recruitment solutions for her clients.

Amy spent 5 years working with a boutique Executive Search firm based in the DIFC. In this capacity she was handling extremely high-level assignments across a broad range of industries. After this she became the Head of MENA Region for a UK based specialist firm. In this capacity she successfully set up the Dubai branch of the business and built their MENA presence from scratch. She successfully placed candidates within highly regarded organisations in the GCC.

Subsequently, Amy spent 3 years working as the Managing Director of her own Boutique Recruitment Agency, before joining GRS as an Associate. While with GRS, Amy has been assisting with our growth into the UAE and KSA markets.
