Treasury Specialist - English - Russian - Limassol - Cyprus

Very rare job opportunity has arisen! GRS is currently working with a great and stable client and an international Group of companies who is currently looking to recruit a Treasury Specialist to join their friendly team in their Limassol sea view office. In this role, the successful candidate will be the part of the Treasury Department through overseeing liquidity, funding and capital management, foreign exchange and interest risk management. This role requires a professional individual capable of operating in a vibrant environment and committed to high standards of work with all aspects of the treasury function. Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Group’s cash flows, debt and interest lines, foreign exchange and interest exposure
  • Analyze bank fees, recommend on cost savings, maintain bank accounts, liaison effectively between banks and key stakeholders
  • Manage bank accounts / cards opening / closing
  • Analyze, prepare and reconcile daily payments schedules and registers
  • Execute banking transactions on a daily basis
  • Report on daily / weekly / monthly cash flows
  • Report on execution of REPO’s, bank loans, deposits & etc.
  • Prepare and maintain Group loan and interest schedules
  • Analyze and prepare foreign exchange transactions
  • Hold overall accountability for entering daily transactions into 1C8 based on bank statement
  • Assist and temporary substitute Financial Controller
  • Maintain a balanced and effective relationship within the team       

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics / Finance  / Accounting
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience in cash management
  • Solid finance and accounting skills are necessary
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and 1C8 are essential
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High-performance, high-quality approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management.
  • Fluent in Russian and English language
