Russian Speaking Office Administrator - Accounting - Limassol - Cyprus

An internationally recognised holding company is recruiting for a Russian Speaking Administrator. If you are an experienced Administrator with native Russian language and are looking for a new opportunity in Limassol, with a diverse client portfolio then get in touch.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Arranging execution of documents.
  • Communication with internal and external legal departments regarding documents which should be executed.
  • Preparation of internal memo and instruction letters.
  • Process electronic bank payments.
  • Control the payment process by collecting all approvals from relevant persons and ensuring on time payments.
  • Recording and tracking staff holiday leave.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Fluent Russian both written and oral, with a good knowledge of English.
  • Strong command of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • At least one to two years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with holding companies or financial institutions would be advantageous.
  • Strong Collaboration Skills – works well with others, takes responsibility for team achievements.
