Russian Speaking Customer Support Lead - Customer Services - Limassol - Cyprus

On behalf of our client, an online gaming company based in Limassol, GRS are looking for a Customer Support Lead to join their beautiful office located on the sea front. This is a Russian owned company which has steadily grown over the past few years. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a Customer Support role and have a high level of English and Russian both speaking and writing.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with users by email and through various services on technical issues
  • Make sure responses are dealt with as fast as possible through the feedback form on company website
  • Create templates for solving common problems with the development team
  • Moderate social media project groups
  • Support and update the FAQ section on company website
  • Interact with game testers reporting identified problems or errors on the website
  • Reply to reviews in stores (Google Play, etc.) on behalf of the company

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Native English and fluent in Russian
  • Readiness to always be available 24/7
  • Ability to touch type  will be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, prioritise tasks, take initiative, and work as a member of a team
