Russian Speaking Administrator - Administration - Limassol - Cyprus

Our client, a well-known building and development company, are seeking to recruit a Russian speaking Administrator. The role has become available due to expansion of the company in the construction industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with the relevant Admin experience to work in a pleasant and professional office environment.


  • Updating website content, news section, adverts banners, website settings and parameters;
  • Quality control of telecommunication services, maintenance of the office equipment;
  • Control of deadlines and schedules of suppliers;
  • Control designer works on developing exhibition booths, art works, promo, adverts;
  • Creation and updating of PDF, PSD, JPG, PNG documents;
  • Writing and translations of text descriptions of real estate projects;
  • Supply stationery, expendables and utility services;
  • Copy/print/scan of documents;


  • High level written and verbal communication skills;
  • Computer and technology skills;
  • CMS system management and websites creation experience is preferable;
  • Software: MS Office, basic Photoshop, basic Acrobat Reader, CMS support, fast typing.
  • Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment;
