KYC Administrator - Forex - Limassol - Cyprus

GRS on behalf of our client’s one of the world’s largest financial services companies, is looking to recruit a KYC Administrator to join their Limassol team. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance and risk management within Forex. If you are looking to join a friendly Limassol team then the opportunity as a KYC Adminstrator would be a great career move.


  • Initial due diligence on clients’ accounts.
  • Verification and monitoring of Know Your Customer documentation.
  • Collaboration with other departments on verification and risk tasks.
  • Verification of accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Assisting the risk department with review and monitoring of accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of tasks.
  • Promote the clients financial products and services.


  • Must be computer proficient.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in back office administration/accounting would be advantageous.
  • High fluency in English with any other European language favourable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Open mind and willingness to learn.
  • Detail oriented and focused.
  • Capacity to perform repetitive tasks and work under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills.
  • Be an independent employee but also be able to work well in a team.
