Italian Speaking Back Office Administrator - Forex - Limassol - Cyprus

On behalf of our Limassol based client, a leading provider of technology solutions to the Forex industry we are seeking an experienced Italian Speaking Back Office Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will have a high fluency in Italian, be happy to work rotating shifts, with experience in a Back Office being highly advantageous.  MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing approval and opening client accounts in the Company systems upon reviewing the KYC documentation in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Collecting, filling, reviewing and approving KYC documents.
  • Reviewing and approving monetary transactions (deposits and withdrawals) of clients according to company’s policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in compliance and regulatory supervision and preparing regulator reports.
  • Liaising with other departments; Compliance, AML and Customer Support for approval of opening a new client account and as needed.
  • Draft and implement all policies and procedures to be followed by the back office.
  • Reviewing of payments made (reconciliation) and issuing of daily/weekly reports.
  • Monitoring of calls for compliance and regulatory related issues.
  • Monitoring of online marketing material for compliance and regulatory issues.
  • Performing client due diligence.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as needed.

 CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Willing to work Monday to Friday with weekly rotating shifts of 09:00 – 17:00 and 12:00 – 20:00.
  • Excellent communication skills with native or near level Italian in speaking, listening, reading and writing. Additionally fully fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in a Back Office position is highly advantageous, although candidates with experience in detail orientated tasks will be considered.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well under pressure, being organised and showing attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate integrity, discretion, trustworthiness and reliability.
