Hebrew/Dutch /German Speaking Customer Service Administrator - Financial Services - Nicosia - Cyprus

On behalf of our Client, an established and reputable services provider located in Nicosia, we are currently seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator fluent in Hebrew, Dutch or German. The successful candidate will be part of the financial transactions/payments department working alongside professionals of the sector. Related training will also be provided.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily communication with customers and effectively handle any queries
  • Resolving any queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand customers’ requirements and divert as required to relevant departments
  • Handling any administrative aspects when required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University Degree holder
  • Administration and/or Customer service experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Eye for a detail and accuracy
  • Computer office skills, including practical skills using Microsoft Office (intermediate MS Excel & Word)
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Fluent in English plus either Hebrew, Dutch or German is a must
