Cashier Administrator - Customer Service - Limassol - Cyprus

Our client, an international online marketing company is looking to recruit a Cashier Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will be involved in managing and processing incoming transactions for their client along with supporting with enquiries and KYC documents. Due to the natural of the business you will be required to work on a rotational shift basis including night shifts and weekends.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring all the incoming transactions of the customers
  • Maintaining the in house CRM
  • Identify  fraud activity on client accounts
  • Run electronic and verbal verifications
  • Requests KYC documents.  

 CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Strong communications skills. 
  • Excellent computer/Internet skills. 
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, multitask and work under pressure. 
  • Good attention to detail.  
  • Must be able to work shifts including night shifts
  • Fluency in English – an Additional language will be considered an advantage
