Permanent / Contingency Recruitment

Our experienced Executive Recruitment Consultants possess a combination of in-depth commercial knowledge and extensive links across business and industry both in Cyprus and internationally. This ensures that we fully understand the recruitment process and how to reach your target market of potential candidates.

Our Fees & Rebates:-

We charge a fixed percentage fee calculated on the annual remuneration, in addition we provide a rebate/ guarantee period which spans the first 12 weeks of the candidate''s employment. Terms and conditions of business are available on request.

Temporary & Project Staffing Services (Cyprus)

GRS supply skilled temps in all major employment sectors. A temporary employee can be supplied at short notice for any length of time, from a few days to cover sickness to several months to cover maternity leave, increased workload or new projects. We place the person on our payroll then assign them to your job at an agreed hourly or daily rate. You use the employee as long as it is necessary for your organization. We handle payroll, social insurance and all other administrative functions and invoice you weekly for the authorized number of hours worked by the temporary employee.

Outplacement Services

Outplacement is a service for candidates and clients undergoing transition or change. For personnel affected by redundancy through downscaling, premises relocation, merger etc we have in place a series of procedures to enable them to attain a fast and effective career re-start. This will include numerous consulting sessions with each person including advice on CV presentation, skill assessment, recommendation of training or further education qualifications, expert advice on targeting new career opportunities and preparing the individuals for job interviews.

GRS have provided the highest possible levels of payroll services to a range of international companies by offering a dynamic and flexible service at all times. We offer a dedicated point of contact that is available from 8.00am - 8.00pm 5 days a week.
